Dilworth, NC – Busy week with baseball games starting in the afternoon, which is great. The playoffs in any sport are a chance for breweries to start new ad campaigns, therefore I decided to match up beers with stories and the people and teams making news this week. I figured it was a chance to not only offend everyone about their favorite team, but also their favorite beer.

The Beach, FL – The Talking Heads are one of my favorite old bands, Burning Down the House is sweet! I’m not talking about the band inspired by David Byrne though, today I’ll be talking about the talking heads we see every day on TV, especially on ESPN, who claim to be experts on everything from sports to social things. Since they like spending so much time poking at sports figures today I’m going to poke at a few of them. I must preface this with the fact that any talking head who has actually played sports, for example ex-players, will not be picked on. If you’ve played the game you have some insight into the game, if you’ve never played the game than you do not become an expert just by watching. Let’s get started
