Dilworth, NC – Happy birthday Bruce Springsteen. Sixty years-old, wow, I think that makes us all feel old. In honor of the Boss’ Birthday and the start of his tour next Wednesday night in Giants Stadium, I thought it would fun to pair up current sports stories with Springsteen songs. So here we give it a try.

We look at things differently down at this end of the bar. No Baseball talk here… just football (ours and theirs) car racing, and just to be up front about it I think NASCAR sucks (I’ll explain keep the lid on your moonshine!), and sometimes other stuff off of and on the beaten path including but not limited to Hockey, cycling, sailing and Olympic stuff, where people pretend they are not over paid, and under spoiled
